Georgia Radiology Group renews RCM agreement with Zotec Partners

Zotec Partners, a medical billing and practice management company based out of Indianapolis, Ind., announced this week that its revenue cycle management (RCM) services agreement with Radiology Associates of Macon (RAM) has been renewed.

RAM, a private radiology group consisting of 30 radiologists, has been serving Georgia since 1975. RCM and RAM have been in business together since 2001.

“Zotec’s team of experts is always ahead of the curve with respect to radiology reimbursement matters, and they have given us in-depth, daily assistance with our revenue cycle management for more than a decade,” Greg Cassimus, RAM practice administrator, said in a prepared statement.

David J. Law, Zotec executive vice president of sales and marketing, said in the same statement that Zotec’s patient-friendly features help make billing as simple as possible for groups such as RAM.

“Our patient outreach methods include determining patients’ propensity to pay, followed by a series of strategic phone calls, text messages and statements, with options for patients to view and update their account, make payments or set up a payment plan all directly from their smartphones or dedicated patient portal,” Law said.
