Investing in Client Services
Intelerad also placed tremendous focus on client services in FY2017. Following the launch of NorthStar Client Services, the company has started rolling out the new Intelerad Service Portal. Powered by ServiceNow®, Intelerad’s new service platform provides easy access to valued knowledge, and enables more effective handling of service requests and incidents, contributing to the overall quality and consistency of the service experience.
