A thousand new learning modules for medical imaging have been added to Siemens Healthineers PEPconnect (Personalized Education Plan), expanding opportunities for physicians and medical technology assistants to learn.

Offered in seven different languages, medical personnel will now be able to use these training programs immediately. Prior to this service, they were only offered access to training and professional development on laboratory diagnostics. With this expansion, PEPconnect now offers 7,000 learning modules.

"Training, education and professional development are important elements in this process to support highest patient satisfaction, best clinical outcomes and optimized workflows.”

Beilner says that in almost every country customers tell Siemens Healthineers about the shortage of medical personnel and that budgets for training the staff they do have are limited.
