One Call Care Management acquires radiologist network

One Call Care Management, a provider in the workers’ compensation industry, announced this week that it has acquired the MedFocus Radiology Network, which has access to over 3,400 different imaging facilities.

Financial details of the deal have not been made public.

This acquisition is expected to help One Call’s diagnostic imaging program grow by improving the company’s network and scheduling services.

Joe Delaney, president and CEO of One Call, commented on the deal, saying it helps the company provide better overall care to its customers.

“We are excited to welcome MedFocus into the One Call family,” Delaney said in a statement. “Their exceptional track record of customer service and expertise in radiology will further enhance the value offering we strive to deliver to One Call’s customers.”

Catherine Lewis, CEO of MedFocus, said the two companies share the belief that customers deserve high-quality care.

“MedFocus is excited to partner with a company that also strives to provide customers with a best-in-class radiology program,” Lewis said in a statement.
