Radiologists' lawsuit against Canadian health authority dismissed

A group of radiologists in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada, has had its lawsuit against the Regina Qu’Appelle Regional Health Authority (RQRHA) dismissed, the Regina Leader-Post reported.

The lawsuit was over an incident in May 2015, when the RQRHA notified the Radiology Associates of Regina Medical PC (RARPC) that it was “terminating its month-to-month arrangements for the provision of in-hospital radiology services.”

The RQRHA had filed a statement in February calling the lawsuit “frivolous.”
