Sagicor Foundation donates new PACS to Jamaica Cancer Society

The Jamaica Cancer Society (JCS) has received a donation from the Sagicor Foundation that is expected to greatly improve patient care and save the group approximately $3 million each year: a new PACS.

The JCS received the PACS on July 12, according to a new report from Loop News Jamaica.

“We are indeed grateful to Sagicor for the gift which will not only place Jamaica Cancer Society at the cutting edge of technology but will also significantly improve our efficiency,” said Yulit Gordon, executive director of the JCS, according to the report.
