BALT names new CEO of BALT International

French medical device company BALT has hired industry veteran Pascal Girin to be the new CEO of BALT International.

Girin worked at vascular device manufacturer ev3 from 2003 to 2010, holding a number of executive positions, and he has also worked at Baxter, Keystone Dental, and Wright Medical Technology.

“Thanks to the quite unique innovation DNA of the founding family, BALT has the best and widest product range in the sector” Girin said in a prepared statement. “Our duty is to bring BALT’s products to practitioners across the globe, allowing them to treat ever more complex cases. I am very enthusiastic about the growth potential of the group.”
