Agfa, Hitachi Healthcare Americas to present joint imaging portfolio at AAOE annual conference

Agfa announced Tuesday, April 10, its plan to join Hitachi Healthcare Americas at the American Alliance of Orthopaedic Executives (AAOE) annual conference in Orlando April 14-16.

The two companies, which first started their strategic alliance in 2015, will be discussing their full joint portfolio, which includes x-ray, CT, MRI and ultrasound equipment.

“Both Agfa and Hitachi Healthcare Americas are committed to meeting the imaging needs of orthopedics, and the value needs of orthopedic healthcare providers,” Ueli Laupper, vice president of marketing, direct radiography business unit manager, North America, said in a prepared statement. “Over these past years, we have built up a strong relationship that enables us to together offer a complete imaging modality portfolio of DR, CT, MRI and Ultrasound with excellent value, image quality and workflow.”

The companies will be at booth #501 at the AAOE conference.
