Strategic Radiology announced Friday, April 6, that Minneapolis Radiology Associates has joined its coalition of independent radiology practices, making it the company’s 10th affiliate.
Minneapolis Radiology Associates is a 26-physician practice that provides imaging services to six hospitals, four health systems, numerous outpatient imaging centers and other care sites.
“We recently concluded decisively that we are not interested in a private equity/venture capital relationship,” Troy Roovers, CEO of Minneapolis Radiology Associates, said in a prepared statement. “We look forward to collaborating with our new Strategic Radiology colleagues and enjoying membership benefits, such as access to quality benchmarking opportunities as well as in-house, subspecialty after-hours support.”
