Zotec Partners, a medical billing and practice management company based out of Indianapolis, has announced a management agreement with Toledo Radiological Associates (TRA), a radiology practice that has been serving Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan for almost 90 years.

Under the agreement, TRA and its team of more than 30 radiologists will take advantage of Zotec’s many management services.

“We manage many large radiology practices across the country and because of that, we are able to implement management best practices for each and every client,” Greg Thomson, Zotec’s vice president of practice management, said in a prepared statement. “In addition, our proven internal controls and strategies protect groups from revenue loss while minimizing expenses. We are very pleased TRA has chosen Zotec as its management team.”

Charles Price, MD, TRA president, said this deal has already had a clear impact on TRA.

“Zotec’s national perspective and access to broad data, paired with its experience in Ohio, has made a big difference in the way our practice is managed.” Price said in the same statement, “We are confident Zotec will help us steer a successful path in this rapidly changing healthcare market.”
